thanks a lot for the informative response, Michael. Perhaps some of our more tech-aware posters who are familiar with the products can wade in with an assessment of a quality/price/feature set analysis...which obviously the bright people at MRV did before plunking down the $35 mill. While I have great faith in MRV's management it still would be nice to hear an objective review from someone who knows the products now joining MRV/NBase's offerings. Michael, how good was their European distribution? That's an area where NBase (through Fibronics) does very well. Dee Jay
