I don't think the US dies or splits up, but the Millennials will have their moment in the sun with a President they choose, after Trump wins in 2020. Think of it this way. Trump wins and then does EVERYTHING he wants until 2024. The millennials will be in a frenzy.of Socialism worship.by then, so they will win in 2024 and implement Socialism in a sweeping fashion. That will take this economy.and the stock market down like a motherf__ker over the next 4-8 years and create a Great Depression and currency crisis. Then everyone will be asking, what went wrong? They will blame it on Capitalism and the great devolution of the US will continue until we look a lot like the worst aspects of both Europe and Japan, but inferior to them in all ways. John, when that happens, I can assure you I will be on these threads telling all the Socialists here, "I told you so."
