Regarding PTOI, I would say there's a non-zero probability that the "... due to the delay in the start of the auditor review …" in the NT 10-K is because the auditor which CEO Mr. Heddle really, really wants to use to audit the 10-K has to first finish a prison term.

That's not completely far-fetched. In the past, PTOI founder and former CEO Mr. Bordynuik wanted to use a particular auditor who was in jail for violating probation on felony DUI and possession of marijuana charges. Mr. Bordynuik even paid for that auditor's criminal representation. Luckily the auditor got out of jail in time to sign off on Mr. Bordynuik's fraudulent accounting.
