I think it will prove not hard at all.

Was just gonna begin to address some of that... in the early history... will in the next post.

The probe was a conspiracy... from the origin. The investigation was begun without a predicate ? They had no evidence of a crime ? Comey... getting fired... tried to precipitate the Special Counsel appointment ... by leaking classified to the press ? He did that knowing the basis was a fraud... and a practice of fraud on the courts. Many other things pointing to that, too... not least the zealousness of the 13 angry Democrats and with the same in ongoing efforts, even now... clearly being an issue in intent... a proof of malice there, and not just there. It does not matter if their malice was driven by error... by assuming Trump was guilty when he wasn't, as that's just another count... but that's not what happened, either.

Another tidbit, out today, was that news about "the standard" that Mueller's lackeys tried to apply in looking at "obstruction." Extraordinary that they wrote they couldn't exonerate Trump... totally whacked for at least two reasons. One is... that's not their job... their job prohibits making that sort of statement... attributing guilt through suspicion of guilt to a target who is not charged ? They charge... or don't... but if not, remain silent. The fact they did that, is, in itself, actionable... an action taken under color of law to harm Trump extra-legally. But the big issue is in the standard they were applying in looking... upended every precedent, and dangerously so, by adopting a standard that required Trump to prove his innocence. And, Trump did... but, Mueller's guys all in on get Trump at all costs, including throwing "innocent until proven guilty" out... replacing it with "guilty until proven innocent"... which is a "holy crap" level thing... proving not just malice, but derangement.

One of things (said to be) in the Mueller report... is that it totally debunks "the target looking for conspiracy". The Democrats set him up... imagine that... The public knows, or some do, about Natalia Veselnitskya. Obama Admin had her as an excluded person, but went out of their way, suddenly, to let her into the country... got her special dispensation and a passport... just for this... to set Trump up "with a Russian". Mueller says that happened, not just once or twice, but like 10 times... and in every case, nothing ever came of it... never made it past the jr. players... got shut down and turned off every time. But, the efforts made, that have Obama and Hillary coordinating and conspiring with Russians to set Trump up ?

The more interesting questions, now, are less about the implications of the problems apparent in the handoff to Mueller... but more about the problems apparent in the origins of the "Russia" concept... and what that requires to be true... and what it suggests.

Two key issues... next
