Thank you for the reply . Our Earth by the looks of the methane is starting to cool just in time .

One and popular cycle of warming and cooling of the Earth takes about 200 years . 1800 , 1600 1400 ect would be a time when the Earth warmed up and shortly after cooled rapidly as recorded by Beryllium 10 in Greenland ice cores .
We just completed a 200 year warming cycle , expect the Earth to rapidly cool . The sun does this by solar flares on the face of the sun facing Earth . Western science has been watching this since the invention of the telescope . Chinese have through other devices a 1000 more years . They were the first to observe and comment on this relationship .

Solar flares facing Earth have gone from 160 / day on average in the late 90's to 1 to 2 /day when we have them this year . You can see them here spaceweather.com on left top .

When the solar flares bottom the cold bottoms shortly after , and if you can imagine , it is not expected until some time in early 30's . From here forward the trend line for flares will be down the cold will be down and increasing .

Your Methane will be locked in place once again . Long term it is still a lot of gas to think about .

A bigger problem short term for humans is cold weather crop loss . Will we as in the past lose a month in the spring and one in the fall to the new normal .
