I think in the absence of any press release, all shareholders should assume that CATS is still owned by JMAR and therefore will still contribute some losses to the bottom line, since they must have some continuing expenses. We all know that they are pursuing the sale of CATS and I'm sure there will be an announcement when that happens. I'd rather have them take extra time and do it right. It doesn't surprise me that references to CATS would be removed since it was somewhat of an embarassment. - Dave
