Hi FMH: Yahoo is having some trouble at the moment, but I did get to their KOPN news screen. I am not the tech specialist on this thread, but I do not read KOPN's announcement as being all that threatening. They seem, to me, to have the same sort of device as TFS with much less resolution, and they are loosing a ton of money in the meanwhile. Research needs money, I know! It helps if it can take place in a profitable company. To match TFS's resolution will, I presume, require yet more expenditures/losses. TFS already has a strong business, good client relations, all the things a good business needs. All else being equal, I would say KOPN might have a problem. All this implies that, one way or another, we are going to keep seing interesting developments in our future. Floyd
