They need to indict some of the villains this year. That will help with the voters. Refusing to allow any intel people to appear before the House Intel committee as long as Schiff is chairman would be a good move.
Absolutely. The Prez could also start refusing to comment on those new "investigations" during pressers. Simple reply - We have too many very real issues, no time to waste on stupid people suffering from anti-Trump craziness. Let them go to the Mueller report - nothing was ever investigated in more detail.

Make Congressional Dems fight over every legalistic detail, while continuously deriding them for being conspiracy theorists, refusing to accept the obvious. Make them look laughable.

Give a voice to "normals" wrt culture wars issues.
