2. Willfully uninformed - normally good people who have lost their minds.

I like your groupings. I think there are also people who are "economically motivated socialists".

For example - teachers, interested in the government school system continuing forever. Also, most other public employees, or those who depend on the continuation of specific programs that they depend on.

Retirees, who ask themselves - which political party is more likely to nationalize their pension plans in case they go under. A huge - and rapidly growing - group are those who find themselves being debt slaves due to their student loans.

The list can go on forever. That's why I keep saying that our quickest path to having a permanent Leftist majority is socialized healthcare. Overnight, we would add millions upon millions of people who would depend on yet another huge monstrous Gov program for their paycheck.
