Steve, We are both watching it close. Volume is good and we are beginning to get some new or renewed interest. I'm back at 12 3/8. Hope we can ride it to 14 1/2 in the short run. But, the charts are very very negative on FINL now and until something very positive breaks we may see some more downside to about 11. I bought only modestly now because I could be wrong about the trend and didn't want to miss the possibility of a good up swing. Kevin
