hi ken
i have been laging on computer time but watch for the name "Mikemct1". The second part of my thoughts in answering his concern may shed "some humble light"
Just wanted you to know my thoughts parallel yours and Mikes, and in thinking "simplicity" the stuff developing looks do-able. The path of least resistance seems the best, and getting 100 with them seems possible and inexpensive (if they define the words "with them" appropriately)
Pressed with other things, i'll out with the thoughts when i can. sorry about timeliness, but in this case, i think we might have a little to spare and some nice suprises if CVIA's function (purpose) follows it's form (progressive as in speed and efficiency).
i can't imagine cvia buying the cinderblocks that house the mom & pops just how, but being involved in the paperwork and exchange as the several products are being marketed, yes. And the cookie cutting system they are adapting is important and must allow for rapid, efficient, and inexpensive agreement making. In other words, CVIA/WOTD should be touching ground as little as effectively necessary with each mom & pop as a real effort to be realised is in the speed of geographical expansion for which it's function, by definition, has been designed. Success there should give the stock value.
I'll continue to try chatting about my guesses later.
