Good morning Kirk.

I'm right next to you on the sidelines with TSLA.

The whole world has bought a lot of hype on autonomous vehicles and EV's.

They are not well suited for cold climates, There is marginal infrastructure in urban areas.

They will gain popularity in urban areas - but let's face it urban areas have a serious decline in automobile ownership.

I've a cousin (very successful attorney in Chicago). Lives on the 72 floor of a "Gold Coast luxury Condo". It literally over looks Millennial Park with a wonderful view of the Shedd Aquarium and Lake Michigan. He has two cars, A Porsche and A Mercedes Benz 500. He sold the Porsche as he seldom leaves the city. The parking stalls cost 75,000 each!

His neighbor had to pay to get a charging station for his TSLA. It's ridiculously expensive to park anywhere in Chicago. Willis Tower is $11.00 for 4 hours - may well be more now.

There are more bicycles being used than cars!

Uber and Lyft are every where. They are cars owned by suburbanites who drive into the city to make some cash. At the end of the day, they drive out to the suburbs and park their car for free.

Its way over blown hype. IMO

TSLA's sales declines are just beginning. The pent up demand of limited production is about to disappear.

Price increases on old designs do not end pretty.

AUDI has a new EV SUV out - looks like all the other mid size SUV's.

Not even looking for someone else's 12 foot pole. LMAO
