Hi Glenn,

My true story!!

Over nurtured bored stiffs living in Daddy's basement.

Sooner (but looks like later) these late bloomers will fall in love and want to acquire the better things of life.

My nephew got his drivers license when he was 18! Drove me nuts - his parents took him everywhere.

He promptly flunked out of college in his sophomore year ("partied too much".

Came home lived in the basement and played video games.

A friend got him a job downtown Chicago - needed a car. Drove his parents hand me down.

Fell in love finished his degree in night school.

Married a sharp young achiever girl ,who has a RN degree in child genetics. Got his MBA over a long dating period. Got married in his early 30's.

Just bought a house in the suburbs. Wanted to start a family and have good schools (NOT ! DOWNTOWN CHICAGO SCHOOLS ! )

At the age of 33-34 he's a normal mid 30's person acting like a normal mid to late 20's person in my generation.

They are over nurtured and late bloomers! Good kids, but blew 5-6 years of a good start, that an industrious kid their age gets a head start on! IMO

When I was 14,I had a job and when I was 16 had a car paid for with cash. My dad gave me gas - I paid insurance. He told me "I'd rather you wear your car out than mine - I've got to buy gas anyhow". I thought I was luckier than heck.

Bottom line : youtube.com

Bob
