Well, the market is closed for today, and we appreciate that additional support. We know you're anxious to hear what we think about the upcoming earnings surprise, so hang in there, it's comin' right up. You've probably finished up your due diligence by now, and are chillin' to see if our friends over on Harbor Way Parkway can deliver the goods. Lots of us think they can.
