Mr. Best,

You and many others here trash anyone with a counter view of Ftel. Your entire response to Valuespec, answers absolutely none of his concerns.

You just insert Typical answer # 5 ( any Ftel detractors are to be dealt with by answering that they have not done their homework, why don't you send for a DD package, and so on and so on ) , and other derogatory comments.

Valuespec has most assuredly spent more time than most here reading Ftel's best DD package, their recently submitted SEC documents. I believe that is the most reliable information one can gather.

Valuespec mentions Franks salary, the ATT lawsuit and Ftel's recent announcement of the major deal with Intrine.com ( seen their web site lately ? ). None of the above should be a major concern for shareholders ( like hay it shouldn't ).

Raleigh responded to Valuespec claiming at worst Ftel would have to pay back it's rewards from the 800 service, I think not. You see ATT has no way to stop others from taking potshots at it. Plain and simple, if ATT feels they were fleeced, they will probably try to set an example with this lawsuit, meaning they will seek larger damages.

To Valuespec; if you have time please keep posting, what you have to say bears much relevance to the meaning of living in a free country.

To doug best, you are violating your terms of service on SI.

Regards,
Tom
