When homeless camps expand into upper middle class liberal neighborhoods and property values drop enough to impact owners financial security? CA cities and dark blue cities in many other states will deal with the problem, one way or another. Highly unlikely, in a satisfactory way. The left has proven unfit to govern where ever it's been entrenched in power for decades, as they have in so many major cities here and in Europe.
