I thought hard about doing the same, but didn't pull the trigger.... at least not yet... I'm updating my next man up and general watch lists for companies by re-screening a number of tickers... I like IRM's biz model a lot and they appear to be quite competent... and a very nice (relatively safe) yield, plus decent distribution increases.

I notice that analysts are all over the map wrt IRM, ranging from outright sell to outright buy and everything in between.

Seems like this earnings reporting season, any perceived miss or negative is met with large volume selling, while those meeting or exceeding analyst/consensus estimates simply drift a bit higher or lower...
