Hi Son, looks like your touting your stock on this thread...i don't know much about CYPB's (RA) arthritis drug (Prosorba ???) which was stopped prematurely during Phase III trials via recommendation due to positive safety and efficacy results...and believe they are submitting application for FDA approval! Bruce, have you heard of this drug/have any comments? Incidentally, I think CYPB closed around 2 1/2 today (almost doubling in the past week!) -- basically, a recent IPO with 40 million shares outstanding. In regards to the CNTO class action suit, this is typical of stock companies...unless fraud and/or misrepresentation can be clearly evidenced I can only hope that the company is doing what is deemed best to the comapany and shareholders.
