The Gilded Turds administration cooked the economic numbers: CBS Marketwatch crunched the numbers and are reporting things don't quite add up. They are reporting that one of the big drivers is a increase in inventories but there is a discrepancy because the same report showed production and consumption both declining in the quarter. Since the boost in inventories added .7% to the GDP print so without it the GDP would have came in at 2.5% but if they cooked those numbers what else did they cook? The author of the article says that some of the problem came from Boeing not being able to sell the 737's they built but is more likely because the government "tinkered" with the data. Trump said the economy is the best economy ever but what good is it if it's built on fraud?
