I just know the kid from seeing many of his HS games. He was class of '15, while my kids were class of '12 and '14. For sure he was a standout. If you ever run into him, say "My condolences on your 2014 Turkey Bowl loss". For whatever reason, the New Canaan vs neighboring Darien Thanksgiving Day game (aka The Turkey Bowl) is the fiercest and best attended rivalry in the state of CT. In 2014, NC (11-1) and Darien (12-0) were playing for the league (FCIAC) championship. Darien somehow battled back from two scores down to win 28-21. NC got revenge in the State Championship game, overcoming a 20-7 halftime deficit to win 21-20. I'm sure he'll remind you of that. :) newcanaanite.com - Jeff
