I just read the 2018 annual report and an article posted last year on Seeking Alpha. I saw nothing of any government grant in the annual report, which had been held out as a possible up-side point in the article.
Seth is getting over one million a year( stock and .5M salary, to screw the shareholders.) The stock sits at 1.00 because nothing has changed in over ten years. Yaddah Yaddah Yaddah, until we see a contract to produce or some government commitment we are nowhere. All schedules appear to be now moved back to 2030...By then I'll have forgotten who Seth is, but I will not have lost my agitation that I paid for hundreds of gallons of his alcohol consumption as he wined and dined the worthless elite of energy world.
