Yes, Outback is the catalyst IMO. Yes, Insider have been selling still. Option exercise being used as additional compensation IMO. Activists last I knew were still for separating Outback from the rest of the company. Being insiders are selling. I see this as a sign they would sell he company on a good hypothetical offer. I have no interest in the company currently. It looks attractive to me below 19. A hypothetical TO by PE or others might only bring in around 26 ? If nothing happens Outback same store sales are back growing again. If they could sell of the other chains that would be a positive catalyst IMO.
