It certainly does matter which service you are quoting. It goes to credibility. Is the service you are quoting credible? Does it even exist? Who do they consider to be an "analyst"? Did they just poll 20 people on the street who said "yea, I'm an analyst"? We don't know the answers to these questions, and therefore cannot verify your statements.

Your contention that 20 analysts will give a better consensus than 8 assumes random sampling. If out of a population of, say, 40 analysts, your phantom service intentionally chose only the 20 lowest (or 20 highest) then 8 analysts that represent a better random sampling would clearly be better.

Again, without knowing who is reporting this, the information is worthless. "Survey says"... Yea? WHAT survey? Who did they survey?

Oh, yea... "they". "They said..." Meaningless noise.
