Funny how that reads like a government department trying to figure out how to have USA companies be competitive while the Made in China competitors don't get government backing, having to work hard and think well and do a great job.

Back in the USA, courts, lawyers, Apple, the FTC all attack Qualcomm who invented mobile Cyberspace and want to cut royalties to zero. They don't respect and admire Geeks, engineers and scientists.

But there are some more intelligent people who have weighed in, so hopefully they will not damage Qualcomm a great deal, though much damage has been done.

It's crazy because Qualcomm's royalties are a tax collection system on the other 95% of humanity. Qualcomm should have been charging 20% royalty. Or maybe 30%.

If big government would stop attacking and get out of the way the USA might be competitive.
