Someone is dreaming. No way does this stock stay at $2.50 if fonar loses. Ill bet there are several million shares owned on the idea that there is $1.80 per share sitting in escrow. What do you think those people will do when the stock is falling into bad news? Come on get real. If Fonar loses we get to buy the stock at $1.80. No risk, give me a break.
