twitter.com What if Barr made this "anemic" comment to trick the bad guys into bragging about their crimes? Right on cue, the bad guys come out with a story about how robust the spying effort was, giving us more details on their crimes. Of course I'm just fantasizing about Barr being a chess player. More likely, the motivation for the NYT story is to get out in front of the upcoming IG report. Tom
