On NASDAQ, Abacan closed at $7-5/8 today, up $1! I don't know what caused this but it must have something to do with their exploration on the "309" property. As for their other field, the NGO field, production is expected to start in November and I think everyone already knows about it, so I doubt that news about NGO would cause today's excitement. Who knows, maybe the 309 find is bigger than originally expected.
