Bob, Well, I picked a good day to finally get back on line, as far as your question goes. -g- This shows why I like buying puts over selling short, and I wish gurus like Murphy could catch on to the risk differential. You cannot discount how stupid a co. can be and they are often willing to buy out anyone, no matter how troubled. MB
