I must agree with you that hype is bad thing.Yes I have done it. I said of Steppe to Mr.Metals on this thread. So be it!... but!? I have said of over 1M oz in three deposits which one to be mined in 1998. I have said of cost per ounce to be 120.00 in the first year of production on 80K oz. I did know about short cash hand but credit facility of 24M is nothing less than cash ready to be used which afterwards but afterwards become the debt. Otherwise is like an asset. Can you say that I was hyping? Yes I was, but if the criteria were met , I must be forgiven. Regards Robert
