I know exactly what you're saying, there's something clean and honest about working close to the soil...

We had a friend who's family owned a dairy farm up in Wausau, Wisconsin, so we were invited to stay for a week during Christmas... milking the cows twice a day, the milk on the breakfast table every morning couldn't have been fresher, it was in a cow just a few moments earlier... and it snowed and it was cold... but, it was such a wonderful experience that we can think back so fondly at that time, it seems like it was only a year ago...
