I'm against voter ID.
Why? Don't you believe in safeguarding the legitimacy of elections? Don't you believe that Russia and other foreign powers are trying to interfere?

And don't you agree that voter ID laws are applied equally to every voter regardless of race, gender, sexuality, or religion?

If you can't defend what you believe in except by saying "When you're in power you can pass whatever laws you want," then don't bother.
