Hopefully someday soon it will be revealed how it was that during the waning days (one week ?) of the prior Adm that the FTC made the decision to sue QCOM----on (a) split decision on **political** party grounds, and (b) with AAPLs “assistance”.

....of course, politics may have played a key role and it certainly should be discussed in the same detail everything else is discussed on this board. In addition, when the judge assigned to the case was an Obama appointee to the district court and much more importantly an Obama/Feinstein/Boxer proposed appointee to no less than the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, her politics should also be examined in as much detail as possible..............of course, as I stated before, how her political views applies to this alleged monopoly case is not at all clear.

just an illustration how politics effects court rulings......................in 15 major SC rulings in 2015, the leftist cabal of Sotomoyer, Kagan, Ginsberg, and Breyer voted IN LOCK STEP every time. Is it any wonder that 13/15 times, the cabal was in the majority.....see how that works??
