Sonki, oops. IBM opened up again and was down over 6 points in after hrs. trading. The CFO said later on in the conf. call. that they will have a tough qtr. I think he talked about a 10 to 15 cents shortfall. I think that's what he said. But he sees recovery in the next qtr. Wow, wow, wow. And here all the analysts have been saying it's the next qtr. companies will feel the pinch. I think Asia is such a good excuse. Well, let's see what happens tomorrow. If IBM stays down or goes even lower it may be a good time to pick it up if you have the patience to wait for 1 qtr. I personally hope for a good earnings report from CPQ. I don't know if Europe was enough to do it for them. And good ol Lucy did not help either. I hope she did not hear something we have not. Funny time to rattle the sabre when it's time for earnings to come out. We will know soon enough. If that earnings report does not look good I will reach for the bottle. In that case don't look for any posts. gg. Sonny
