Look for form 13D filing inside of 8 or 9 days.... Dc Katz sold 1 mill then his other concern sold 300k class B i.e. 300k * 5(voting rights for class b) or roughly 1.5 mill that is 2.5 mill shares SOLD to HealthMed and associate. Look for a joint 13D filing in which they must disclose their intentions to the Securities and Exchange comission and if they want significant more control look for a proxy vote. And or look for accumulation patterns..in the stock. Then look for this process to take weeks to months...before anything occurs.. luis Yahoo finance is quote.yahoo.com
