But did OXY over pay and increase debt to risky levels? It certainly seems to be asymmetrically beneficial to Warren. And things will have to go well, at the macro and company levels, for this to turn out to be a winning deal for OXY. I never thought about owning OXY, I have full positions in four super-majors, and just let them drip, with some confidence that they will survive future downturns, even if they don't go to the moon in boom times. Yeah, so do you prefer the Select-A-Size Bounty paper towels, or the traditional large sheets? (g)
