I love it when you guys do this. I'm right , you're wrong. it gives me something to read when I get home from the restaurant. Davis, I hope you are right about the S-3 shorting and Shero I hope you are right about mgt. But I do know if both of you are correct and mgt is replaced and the shorters have reached a bottom , looks like the only place to go is UP. Now I am sure that Alys is going to jump in here and shoot me down again but, what the hay, everybodys got to be somewhere. John
