Where was the DOW in year 2015/2016?

And yes those higher numbers would be support.

After all the DOW was in the 18800 ish on election eve.

So the question to consider is would it be possible to retest such. OR does the DOW just retest where it was in Dec 2018.

You decide but I'm on record re that 15500 ish. So too Ms Baby Boomer and a few others as POSSIBLE.

However one doesn't have to go that deep to make money on the SDOW or on a deep in the money covered call if they understand the numbers.
