Portfolio daily change. DAn, and others, as i assume you have noticed, the Yahoo Zport has both daily change and life of investment change. The daily change figure is thrown off significantly on the day we buy something. for example, sue bot 2000 EGHT today at 7 1/8, it closed at 7 5/16, so we are actually up $360 on the holding and on the day. but because the stock is down 3 5/16 for the day, the yahoo portfolio shows that we lost $6,625 for the day in the stock. Same thing occured with TLK, the daily change show us down 2,000 on the stock, but really we are only down $401 or so. Don't know any way to change this but just wanted to let people know. PS Dan, you have 151 as commiss for tlk. and also, wonder if the "download spreadsheet format option at the bottom might prove useful. Also, thanks for maintaining it. Larry |
