Did a 30% add of CTL at $10.51/share yesterday. Company came out w/ earnings late last week and sold off on not hitting their revenue numbers. FCF and EBITDA were fine and actually showed modest growth (from cost savings). Concern is legacy accounts (landline) is dying faster than replacement w/ broadband.

Company did announce they have hired investment banker to explore the sale of their consumer division. Company is selling much lower than peers based on EBITDA/Revenues and FCF growth. Market seems to think LVLT merger/synergies and stability of revenues are not there.

I sold high cost shares 32 days ago at $12.53/share so I could Buy back and lover average cost. Still think this one will be much higher if/when they prove to market that the EBITDA and FCF is sustainable and growing. Will need several quarters to show this.
