Lurker, from Cheryl's post, unless I misunderstood, Ira told her the 10K will not be released until June. I'm a little unclear then why some here have quoted him as saying the 10-K would be released WITH the quarterly numbers on Feb 1. Any explinations? I guess your countdown is now only for the quartly numbers.....still should be a very telling document for showing profitability. Dave
