I can't say that and, if that was the psche(?) at any time, given Asia's implosion, I would think that thinking might change, but I do think it's very important to recognize where Japan is at this point in time, and it isn't pretty. The great arguments I have seen have to do with the creation of excess capacity based on debt, and, while it isn't only Japan that's in that boat, Japan is the biggest player on the brink without external excuses. I know the words here are somewhat unclear, but it isn't time yet to make accusations.
