Management is trying several things but this project on their Manhattan property is an excellent start. M also owns the real estate in many of the Malls where they are the anchor store. I suspect they can monitize that too. Macy's +3% on report of Manhattan office tower Apr. 24, 2019 1:41 PM ET\| Macy's ( M +2.7%) gains on reports the company is in talks to build an office tower on the top of its flagship store located at Herald Square in Manhattan. --------------------------------------------------------- Their on-line sales had really good growth and that was a surprise to me. So my plan is that 40% undervalued and 8% div is a low risk hold. Will start to peel off some shares around $30/share. EKS
