Yet too many don't want mortgages or financing is next to impossible to get even from the government.. . Dealing a lot in selling to first time little down borrowers going the FHA route. You would not believe the red tape they going through still even though those same people could fog a mirror get financing at same monthly payment extended to seven years on their new dream SUV after trade in junker for most of this ten year recovery..
