EDLF No, I don't believe DCI has sold the Card Call Canada division yet but IMO its coming soon. Keep in mind the SmarTalk may be restricted until the end of March but that does not prohibit Joe from borrowing on it if he chooses. With the current price of DCI where it is I think its well worth it if he does borrow. Just my opinion of course. Best Regards
