I think there will be a decision rendered. I just think at this point, when GSLR is arguing the point that a Lawsuit is SLAPP with purpose to intimidate, one has to wonder why they would perform illegal deeds days before making a case for that complaint and then obviously believing it would help their case?

I would not be surprised if this derails all of GSLRs fight plans because quite honestly I really do not think they have a clue what they have done.
CCB has been dealing with the Feds. This is a resource that will be deemed strategic at one point or another. It will be controlled. So to have people accessing the land and tampering with product on private land, no matter who they are becomes a huge issue.

I would not be surprised if the entire Council and associated support groups are not investigated for this and criminal charges laid. This is far more serious then most people assume. So we will see how this pans out but I think GSLR just tossed all their cards and are about to be kicked from the table for cheating.
