Anybody else buy today? (14 7/16)

I see:
1.50 / share R&D - (last Q was @ annual rate of 1.80/sh, figure they cut back some looking forward.)
11.00/sh working capital (using 10MM shares as a basis, not the weighted average of 8.7 from last Q)
approx. 10.00 share sales even at the 24.6 quarterly figure.
a company that had peak earnings north of 1.00. (OK, .80 factoring for dilution)
a current ratio approaching double digits.
.30 - 40 earnings from interest alone next year.

What am I missing? Is their factory built on a fault line?
