Oh, now that makes more sense and it actually is fake news because he's not dumping them into the city, those articles are therefore intentionally false and deceptive... he's using the court system and those people will be held in limbo and not released into society as those two fake reports claim... Thanks for the clarification, fake news is everywhere these days... A far more honest headline would be that he's using the court system in other States to reduce the burden elsewhere... this is completely different that the false intent of the other headline which is very obviously intended to deceive... GZ
