gmweber, i understand that this is a pr ploy to get the govt to ratify their ownership quickly. the court decision was supposed to be announced on jan 15, 1998. i don't know why the delay. hugh legget must have an answer. i will try to get the opinion of bema on this development. to keep you informed. thanks for the news. vargas
