Bill,
California has 55 electoral votes. Wyoming has 3.
Divide that into each state's respective population:

Population of California: 39.6M
Population of Wyoming: 578K

There are 720K residents of California for each electoral vote.
There are 193K residents of Wyoming for each electoral vote.

Therefore each voter in Wyoming has more influence in the Electoral College than California.

Change my mind.
