I have to say he is perhaps the best ex-President we have ever seen.
I think his work for Habitat for Humanity ought to be praised.

But I think his work in foreign policy, even after his presidency, was disastrous for America, especially his trip to North Korea in 1994. He's also heavily in favor of appeasing Hamas and Iran.
